Construction has started on the outer edge of the MKAD, 700 m along Altufevskoye Shosse of the One & Only class A office and logistics complex. It is being built on a 15.6-ha site. The developer and investor for the project is NT-Development and brokerage services are being provided by Swiss Realty Group. According to Swiss Realty Group representatives the complex’s location offers an indisputable advantage.

The London Consulting & Management Company has announced their entry into the commercial real estate market in Nizhny Novgorod. A compelling reason behind this new venture was provided in the form of an agreement signed with local firm, Vybor, for the development of a business center concept. Before starting work on the new concept LCMC carried out detailed market research on office real estate in the city.

Cushman & Wakefield Stiles & Riabokobylko is acting as a co-exclusive agent together with DTZ Zadelhoff Tie Leung for IKEA's three new Mega malls in Samara, Rostov-on-Don and Novosibirsk. Cushman & Wakefield Stiles & Riabokobylko continues to act as the exclusive leasing agent for five of IKEA's shopping centers, in Nizhny Novgorod, Ekaterinburg, Novosibirsk , Moscow (Mega - Belaya Dacha) and two in St. Petersburg. We also acknowledge that the quote of Mr. Sakharov, Executive Director Cushman & Wakefield Stiles & Riabokobylko, was translated incorrectly and did not match the Russian text.

Tekhnosila has simultaneously opened its household electronics and domestic appliance stores in five regional cities: Yaroslavl, Ryazan, Kaluga, Stavropol and Naberezhny Chelny. In Ryazan, Tekhnosila opened in the Polsinaut shopping center with a floorspace of 5,245 sqm; in Yaroslav the shop size is 3,300 sqm; in Stavropol, Tekhnosila has rented 2,600 sqm in the Stavropol shopping center; and in Naberezhny Chelny the supermarket occupies 3,500 sqm in the Palitra shopping center.

In August three new ETO hypermarkets opened in Moscow in the L-153, Grand and Moskva shopping centers. In two of these ETO replaced previously successful Eldorado hypermarkets. According to Timofei Suvorovtsev, PR director at Eldorado the change-over is not related to the demise of the Eldorado brand.
